I am trying to monitor the Manchester UHF trunked system on my Uniden SDS200. I loaded the system info in from the database, however it will not scan the system? Nothing is locked out ,there are no Avoids, I recieve full bars in manual mode but it will not scan the system in scan mode??? Ive extended the hold time to 10 but still nothing...

Check that your service types are set to download and monitor.

Ok so I installed the system manually, scans normally, tried to install it thru RR database will not scan! All settings the same???

It is almost guaranteed to be one of the points in the link provided in post 2 by @doctordialtone. If you don’t feel like going thru that info, mail me the scanner and a check for $125 usd and I’ll get it to scan from the RR import. 🤣

And you programmed in at least one talkgroup? Keep in mind that law enforcement is fully encrypted here aside from "special events" (mode DE) so only Fire/EMS/public works/schools can be monitored. Ensure the following service types are turned on:
Fire-Talk
EMS-Talk
Fire-Tac
Public Works (if needed)
Schools (if needed)
