Nothing to Scan FIXED WORKING NOW

I got the Nothing to Scan on 2 of my Fl all others work the 2 I get the nothing to Scan are follows they work until today.
Any help is welcome,I have used different cards,download/Monitor are ON.

Just downloaded your favorites. At first glance, everything looks right. On the scanner, do you have the service types turned on? Also, you have system and department quick keys but no favorite quick keys. Try turning all quick keys off and see if that fixes it.

Edit: Also turn off the quick keys in the Sites just for testing purposes. I'm loading the favorites into my radio to do further checking.

Both favorites loaded and are working just fine on my end. Double check that the service types are on and temporarily turn off all the system, department and site quick keys just to see if that is causing hiccups.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

I had 1 system turned off Working now
