How do i know if i have a digital card? I have a Radio Shack Pro-2041

Well for one thing, your scanner predates any release of digital scanners. Radio Shack has only released a couple of digital capable scanners so far, the Pro-96 handheld and the Pro-2096 base/mobile. Both of these came with the digital capability built in. Uniden has released several models of digital capable scanners. The first ones you had to buy an optional digital card to insert, and the later ones came with cards already installed. In any case, you will pay around $500 for a new one of the current crop of digital ready scanners.
