NRHW Locution (North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Haltom City, Watauga)

NRHW just started testing Locution on NRHW FD 4. Don't know what channel it will finally land on. But they have put out several test calls in the last hour or so. A real call just went out on NRHW FD Alrm so pretty confident this is testing for now.

Hopefully they adjust the output down some. It sounds like a hot mic to me. Hurst's new fire alert tones also seem way too loud compared to human voice traffic too.
