AR AR AR SK is a typical ending to a lot of commercial morse.

AR simply means 'end of message', and
SK (or VA) means 'end of transmission'.

But, the rest of the message (in addition to the ending) from nicks 2009 posting matches M08a also. M08 uses cut numbers, and that sometimes confuses listeners when they first hear it, thinking it is letters instead of numbers.

Very faint Spanish lady tonight at 0730z on 5883kHz AM - perhaps she's beamed in a different direction - she normally booms in on 5898kHz but nil heard that frequency.
