Yes they have changed the PL from 123.0 to 167.9 for quite sometime now. I believe their input freq is a 7.5 split freq. Fire 2 is 154.2650 123.0 and Ridgewood Emergency services uses the Tac channel and 158.8950 123.0

Ridgewood Emergency Services and OEM also operate on 472.375, CTCSS 156.7.

In addition, a mobile fireground repeater is now operating on 470.650, CTCSS 136.5. The mobile repeater is located in "Car 38," the on-duty FD tour commander's vehicle. It repeats all traffic broadcast on 154.310, CTCSS 123.0.

A fixed location fireground repeater also operates on 470.650, CTCSS 136.5 from The Valley Hospital. The fixed location repeater is not crossbanded with VHF.

Many units are also capable of operating on 470.650 simplex.

I hear them refer to 472.3750 156.7 as CITF-1 or OEM 1
I have heard them use 470.6500 136.5 in simplex mode. I was not aware that 38 had a pyramid/PAC-RT type mobile repeater for 154.3100 123.0

I am part of Ridgewood Emergency Services and yes OEM-1 is part of the CITF/OEM for Bergen County. I am not sure on the frequencies but we use OEM-2 (simplex of OEM 1), OEM-3 (cross band of 154.310) and Tac A-H. We also use the vhf frequencies that were stated prior to my post which is our "ES Channel". OEM-1 is on a repeater and can be heard all over the county. Central Dispatch also monitors them.

If anyone has any questions on frequency changes or operations of NWBCD in Ridgewood, NJ feel free to ask me.
