I have programmed a few NXDN systems in just to make sure it worked after installing the key. I ran the LCN finder and think that I wiped out all the LCNs that were programmed when I downloaded the systems from radio reference. I know I can just go back and reinstall the systems to my scanner which will put back the LCNs but since I was not home I re-tried the LCN finder now with a true purpose. My question is how do you get it to find more then 1? One of the sites I have has 7 frequencies. Running the finder it only finds one and then stays on that frequency. Never moving on. Hoe do I get it to leave that frequency for the others?

The other frequencies have to be active. On a busy system it can happen fairly quickly. On a slow system, it might take a lot longer. It also helps if there's more than one transmission at a time, causing other frequencies to be used. That's based on my experience with DMR. I assume NXDN is similar.

Did the system track seamlessly before you wiped the LCNs? Even if you don't have access to Sentinel for reprogramming you can still go to the applicable RRDB system page, click the site name and obtain the LCNs that way. Edit each frequency directly via the scanner & after pressing enter to confirm the frequency the next screen will allow you to enter the LCN. Quite a lot faster than waiting for LCN finder to run. If you feel it never tracked properly to begin with then it may be a good idea to re-run LCN finder to see if anything has changed

That's a drawback of the LCN finder.

If you run the finder, then after it has found all of the LCNs, or at least some, read the results from the scanner back into Sentinel to save what you have found.

Every time you select the LCN Finder option, it rests all LCNs to 0, no LCN assigned. So, anything you have already found is reset to blank (zero) for the LCN, and it starts over from zero LCNs in place.

If you have the LCN of one voice channel then, as you also have the control channel, you can usually calculate the LCN for all channels without having to wait for them to become active with calls. That is if it follows a bandplan and there's no LCN info in the DB that you can use.
