Hey all,

There has been an announcement today that BCDx36HP radios will have NXDN functionality available very soon. To that end, I have been setting up a spreadsheet with some NXDN systems (and systems suspected to be NXDN). It's attached.

[Edit: Other than ATCO Gas, I didn't keep any data from sites distant to me. Maybe next time I do a scrape of the database I'll look a little further afield.]

Some of the ones that I haven't confirmed as NXDN are in there because their emissions (column G) match or are similar to NXDN/IDAS emissions classes. Unfortunately, Industry Canada/ISED isn't very diligent at getting this field right (but they've been getting better over the last 6 months). So some of them may be non-NXDN systems, and there are probably freqs out there that are NXDN but don't show up that way.

Talking about some specific systems:

ATCO Gas - we know of a bunch of sites, and I have filled out columns P/Q/R (RRDB SID, SysID, and Site) for those ones. The ones that are blank are the ones that are in ISED data, but we don't know site details for.

Calgary City Hall - emissions match NXDN but have never heard activity on the freq.

Railways - Have heard NXDN on these freqs, though not with a radio that can support it (yet).

Metro Connect - Not entirely sure this is NXDN though the emissions look close. Their advertising seems to imply it's closer to mobile data terminals. I guess we'll find out.

Sekom single freq at Artist View - Have heard NXDN on this freq, again, not with a radio that decodes it.

Sundance Radio - emissions match, no activity yet heard.

Downloaded key tonight. Thanks Jay for posting these as I believe right now one has to create Favorite as interim.

I have built an FL from it which I will post later today, after I figure out the numerics for various service types so every channel in the file isn't set as Fire Dispatch.

And here we are.

I put the One Frequency Trunk channels in both as OFT and as Conventional in a similar setup to the DMR channels (with no alpha tags), in case they will behave the same way DMR channels do, showing UID/TGID/etc in conventional mode.

I use several Custom service types in addition to the usual set. If you use this file make sure you have your service types all turned on.

Deleted the attachment from the above post because I have an updated version; more talkgroups, some RAN values, and radio IDs.
