Saw the new lightbar for the first time. LED's that rotate. Very effective.

The NYPD actually uses 4 pods of white light for the takedown lights. It is very blinding but the negative side is it allows only 2 pods to rotate for rear warning when on a car stop. The center pod always just oscillates forward.

I never understood how lighting equipment got connected to radio communications on forums such as this.
