Do the NYPD units patrolling inside and outside the stadium use the 44th PCT frequency, or is there another channel they use for the Yankee Stadium detail?

Give TAC L a try for operations inside the stadium, 465.2375 PL 218.1. I have heard them up on PB BX in the past as well, 471.0375 PL 123.0

I believe PD outside the stadium, but around the stadium, use TAC F, 485.4375, PL 203.5

Thanks. Are the TAC channels mobile only? I assume that would mean they are only listenable within the immediate area.

Yes I can hear PB fine where I live in NJ. Can you confirm that the TAC channels are mobile only? How much range do they have?

All NYPD TAC channels are simplex between 2 to 4 watt HTs. You need to be nearby to hear them.
