:D thanks Clipper. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy your posts. You keep me updated when I can't be. Sounds like you listen more then I do. I read your post on 28944 being possible EMSA and then hearing possbile Oak Grove. I then programmed it in my fire bank and sure enought that's who it is. Now I'm trying to figure out what TG 30288 is?

Thank you very much PJ! I enjoy listening when possible. Lately I have been just searching for new talkgroups and trying to identify them when possible.

On 30288, I have heard them at different times of the day and sometimes a woman dispatching. The challenge is to properly identify the talkgroup users and then pass the information on, so it can be posted here on Radio Reference.

Many times input from other listeners can help fill-in the missing pieces of the puzzle.

Anybody listening to the structure fire out at 321st E Ave. on Oak Grove's TG 28944? Sounds pretty bad. I also can confirm that Rolling Hills has 800 radio's as well because they are talking to Oak Grove and Catoosa. If the city of Tulsa is going to build that new tower out there they need to do it soon because there sounds like a lot of dead spots out there.

Peter, I'm not sure of this (I heard them training too), but I think that Rolling Hills Fire and Med Tec were using loaner radios on this drill, probably talkies loaned to them for the drill. :)

I don't think that Rolling Hill went to 800MHZ. If you heard them it had to be on loaner radios or it was on Catoosa fire's VHF freq. which repeats on 800MHZ. I also heard Oak Grove doing testing with their handhelds out by 412 and the Verdigris river Friday afternoon. In my own opinion I think that unless the City of Tulsa puts up a repeater out east I think that Oak Grove may encounter a lot of areas where they will find that these 800Mhz radios have trouble seeing the citys antenna.
