OASIS and Wisconsin Public Safety Network (WiPSN) ???

Update to the OASIS System in the database states the following:

"During the week of April 22nd, 2024, OASIS will take a major step toward enhanced interoperability and reliability as the charter members of the Wisconsin Public Safety Network (WiPSN), an initiative using a hosted remote that will allow radio users throughout Wisconsin to join a common interoperable network. Motorola Solutions, Inc. will manage the WiPSN common core.

This is not to be confused with the Wisconsin Interoperable System for Communications (WISCOM), which is the State of Wisconsin's actual statewide interoperable radio system. "

Anyone have additional details regarding this??? Is this the supposed new replacement for WISCOM???
