Ocean County TRS Issues

Hello,
I am trying to receive traffic on Ocean County's Moto Type II SmartZone system. I'm successfully receiving the control channel, displaying sufficient signal strength and sys id.
The problem is that I am receiving no voice at all.
The system is accurately programmed as a Moto UHF sys type.

Is the problem that there is absolutely zero voice traffic on this site or am I doing something incorrectly? The DB shows this system as the active trs in the county, is this still correct?

What scanner are you using?I'm receiving the system fine here. If it's an older scanner the frequency table and all the control and voice channels need to be programmed manually.

Pro651, receiving CC as a MotoVf/Uhf system type in programming. No voice.

Make sure the trunking table is programmed:

System won't work correctly unless this is done.
