Off Duty Norfolk Police Killed

Condolences are with the Norfolk Police Department, who lost one of their own yesterday. Officer Victor Decker, was found this yesterday morning, off duty shot and killed in the City of Virginia Beach. He was a four year veteran, and highly decorated after he apprehended two robbery/shooting suspects, fatally wounding one. He is survived by his wife, and baby girl.
