Two officers, including a Lieutenant, on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Reservation were shot approximately an hour ago. Both officers and the shooter have been taken to a nearby hospital and the FBI has been requested for investigation assistance. A school was on lockdown while the initial search for the suspect was conducted before the officers were shot but have now been released. The media is on scene. From what I've heard, the injuries to the officers were to the leg of one and the arm of another and one officer was taken by police car to the hospital with lights and sirens and another police car as escort.
