If you go to the FCC site and look up the call sign of the info given, you can find the mobile info without paying the extra money for premium subscription here.

Maybe, maybe not. UHF, T-Band, 700, 800, 900 all have standardized offsets that don't need to be looked up. VHF, not so much, and looking at the license doesn't guarantee that you'll find the input to a VHF repeater. In fact, I've seen countless licenses where either a) the input wasn't on the same license or b) there were multiple MO/FX1 frequencies licensed, any one of which could've been a repeater input.
