Newbie here, so dont shoot the messenger. Here is my question.
Can you listen to OHP dispatch, and if so, how ? What kind of receiver is needed ?
Appreciate any useful help.
Thanks.

It depends on your location.
In some areas they use conventional channels on low band or 700 MHz P25 digital.
Other areas are on OKWIN.

Yeah, ive viewed that list. So its possible to monitor with a scanner in the 6M band , or am i completely off the mark here ? Just want to listen to OHP as I have an interstate and a US hwy that intersect literally here in my location, Henryetta OK. US Hwy 75 & I-40. Im at a complete loss as to what the OKWIN thing is all about.

Okwin is a near statewide radio system and requires a trunking scanner to monitor, everything close to you is DMR and would require a DMR capable scanner. Either a Uniden BCD996 P2 with a DMR upgrade or a Whistler TRX2 that is already DMR capable. And yes you can hear OHP but they don't talk as much as they used to with computers and such.
