You also should increase the freq rotation to 1000 or so. Will keep the dongle tuned to each control channel and gives it more time to lock on.

It just constantly rotates through each frequency.

Either the gain is too low, the antenna is not pulling in the signal, or your ppm is off. Said you have 3 antenna, which one are you using?
Signal in pic looks low. Open gain, start bumping it up until the noise floor just starts to rise. See if signal gets better.

Is it a simulcast system? You have it set to LSM. If it isn't, try changing to C4FM (channels tab in Playlist Editor).

So now it locks on, and calls will show as active but im not actually hearing them. I checked the audio output settings and its all correct

OK, we are making progress! Do you have an alias list set up and is it selected on the channels tab?
The alias list is where you can mute or un-mute each talkgroup. Do you have any indication / messages that calls are being made? Might just be a quiet spell with nobody talking.

You can see calls in the Events section on the Now Playing screen. I have mine filtered to show only unencrypted voice call events.

Under View / User Preferences/Audio/Output/Tones, check that the audio output device is set correctly for wherever you want the sound to come out.

Data calls are not voice, so you wouldn't hear them. Looks like you just haven't received any unencrypted voice calls yet, but other events ARE being received OK. Your Event log looks fine. Now just wait to see if any voice calls come through that are unencrypted. Sometimes things like Fire calls are few and far between. Of course you can set it to record voice calls and check back later to see if you got any.

Yet the third one is static.
It is not static; this would be loud crashing noises as the discharges occur.

I Cannot really tell what it is that you are receiving in the third picture as I cannot see much in the way of information on the picture. It appears to be in the frequency range for broadcast FM but it doesn’t look right…can you give more information about the signals you are seeing and what sort of antenna you are using please? It *looks* like it is fairly clean but the waterfall for each signal does not look broadly symmetrical.

Third is FM radio band, WBFM thats 200 khz wide, which SDRTrunk wont handle. WBFM is not an option.

Indeed, I did point out the occupants of that band. I presume SDRtrunk just outputs noise in that case?
