Out here in the panhandle, and its pretty quiet. I don't recall the OKWIN out here. Zip heard on the lowband radio and scanner during the storms.

AFAIK, its still alive and well in the western part of the state. Is the database still correct for PL tones and freq's?

The 800 MHz frequencies licensed in the panhandle are listed at Oklahoma Wireless Information Network (OKWIN) - Unconfirmed or Unidentified Frequencies - The RadioReference Wiki. I don't know if they are used for anything. There is nothing in the panhandle on the OKWIN status page Oklahoma Wireless Information Network - Home

I remember seeing a post a few years ago that each OHP troop has their own PL tone on low band now. I haven't been able to verify that and if it is true the database has not been updated.

I did get skip from them a couple of weeks ago, but I couldn't place the location and I have the 77pl in both radios. Seeing where I am now, and where I Was yesterday I'd figure I'd heard a peep on LB.
