OKC Sys Expanding West ?

Rumors are the Oklahoma City Metro Public Safety system is expanding west to soon include Canadian County? Its been previously known that El Reno PD/FD will be switching to P25 (yes, fully encrypted) very very soon but new rumor popped up that they and Canadian County SO will all be on the OKC sys and not OKWIN & that a OKC site is being added in El Reno?

It appears Richland Fire Dept & Union City Fire Dept are switching too but possibly at a later date.

If anyone has any other info feel free to holler! New info suggest no encrption but a delay to switch to Feb 2024 for El Reno. Will be on OKWIN with LTE backup for dead spots. Union City and Richland FD no changes and on track. Canadian CO UNK still however I realised they are on OKWIN and VHF so not sure why they would switch to OKC but we'll see, i dont see it happening any time soon. Also, no site being added to El Reno. Fun times and headaches ahead as final decisions are being made!
