Oklahoma City Interoperability?

They were right off of I-35, where are the dealershiops are as you go throug Norman. I would think the inner layer was in reach. Even though I registered that they were on RMA 2, I was thinking they were on a ProVoice patch talking to the DPS site. I didn't think the officers on the ground had access to that. Then the question was brought up in here and I remembered showing someone at that time how Air One was on a RMA channel...

Maybe I should be quit rambling. I am on a 3 day headache and my social skills and weakening.

EDIT: From where we were working a new account in Norman, I could clearly see Air One. However, from that same spot in Norman, I can't pick up Hefner or Springlake on my Pro-95 or Pro-97.

The Core has stellar coverage don't get me wrong. It is just plausible that if you couldn't see the activity on the Core then it might be on Wide Area.

Can you check on that? I know I saw both VHF and UHF radios (in addition to VHF aircraft) this past summer, and I remember Air One heading East to help Spencer (I think) a couple weeks ago. I am almost positive I heard them on County's East side radio. I could be wrong, but that stuck in my mind for some reason...

Well, I just looked in the database and noticed that there is a patch to both OCSO PTRL & OCSO E. So, that negates the need for a UHF radio to communicate with County. I REALLY have some catching-up to do!

NOTE TO FAST2OKC & KK5FM: Remind me to talk to you about this...got some ideas, now that we have all these convenient patches in place :twisted:
