Oklahoma Pro 96 Files

I'll be driving through your fair state - from southern MO across to the TX panhandle on my way to AZ. Probably I-44 through Tulsa to Oklahoma City, then onto I-40.
Anyone have any Pro 96 files they'd be willing to send me?
Does the State Police do most/all of the highway patrol in OK?
Do the OSP use mobile extenders with known frequencies?
Anything else I should know about?
