I found some discrepancies in the P25 digital and SmartZone analog OKWIN systems. I copied both systems from their db pages, pasted them into a spreadsheet and sorted them in hex order.
The database shows that a talkgroup's hex ID is the same for both systems and the P25 decimal ID should be the SmartZone decimal ID divided by 16.
Here are the major ones where different agencies have the same talkgroup. The top line is P25 bottom line is SmartZone.

There are many others with minor differences like alpha tags or descriptions not spelled the same.
