i like the old cover sheets back in 6/4/2008 if you look back they were much bigger and easer to read and see

back in 2008 the cover shreets for each county were much bigger maps of the aera that was verry helpful to all now the cover shreets are verry small and not to easy tosee

Ah. You are probably correct. Let's see, when did that change, like in 2009 or so.

ETA: A little investigation revealed that Lindsay removed them early in January of 1010 in anticipation of the change in style that was under development (the tabs).
