Getting a strong control channel here on 454.550. 454.425 is LCN 1,1070000 and 1899958 have been active, hoping one of the 3 listed as towing is South Shore Towing since I’ve been trying to figure them out for over a year.

Excellent, please submit whatever you find for the site whenever you get a chance/log a bit more. Thanks!

It definitely seems like quite a few changes have been made to most of the southern NJ sites. Again, no idea if these sites are still part of the larger OneVoice system (northern NJ/NY/New England), but I'm seeing a pattern of the 500 MHz channels no longer being used down there. Interesting.

I'm still getting a control channel on 502.1375 as site 29

500 MHZ has been pwned by the repack. You know, off the soap box😳.

After listening some more it turns out that Priced Rite has 2 TGs:

1070000 - Priced Rite Towing (Toms River)
1899958 - Priced Rite Towing (Manahawkin)

1899934 is a new unknown, someone calling base twice with no response.
I heard this also. "37 to base"
A few minutes later, I heard him on Southern Regional Bus TG 1899935. Same message "37 to base"
So maybe 1899934 is a secondary SRSD bus TG and a few minutes went by until he realized he needed to be on their Ch 1?

elias1988 (and GTR8000) question for you...................

I'm still hearing traffic over the "old" Barnegat "site"that was just removed from RR database a few days ago.
Most radio traffic sounds based in Monmouth county, but maybe some Ocean county too (I'm still listening and analyzing).
The traffic I'm hearing is from:
System ID 171
Site ID 29
All frequencies Color code 2
454.443700
454.456200
454.568700
454.581200
502.137500
502.162500
502.287500
502.362500
502.812500
502.862500
506.337500
507.862500

**Wondering if the above info should be put back in the database?
The color code, system ID and site ID and some frequencies are different than Monmouth site 34.
I'm NOT an expert by far, so there might be a very logical reason to keep it out of the database.

Thanks

So there are TWO Site 29's at Barnegat, each with an active control channel (454 and 502), each carrying different traffic?

What a friggin mess this all is.

I guess I'll have to add the "other" 29 back, since it's still a valid site. We really need to figure out if there are two separate systems at play here, even though they are both Net 171.

Can you guys please do me a favor and see if there are any talkgroups in common between these two sites? Maybe we can at least figure out if they are still part of the same system, which seems bizarre that they would have identical site numbers. I'm not even sure that's possible tbh. 🤦‍♂️

I just confirmed that Site 29 454.425 and 454.550 are part of OneVoice, the original system that Goosetown plays a big part in. I suspect the Site 29 502.1375 might be part of that spinoff system that the NJ shop is now running, but that's speculation at this point.

I'm going to hold off on adding the 502 Site 29 back to the database until I can get some clarity.

Please remember that any of these changes/updates need to be submitted to the database. I'm not trying to be a PIA about it, but there are simply too many threads and posts for the admins to be expected to find and pull info out of to update the database.

Just an observation,
All 7 frequencies in RR database for MIC Talk Barnegat LTR are the same exact frequencies that are in "OneVoice" 502MHz site 29 (<--the site that is temporarily out of the database).
After monitoring a few hours, MIC Talk LTR is completely silent, and as usual, 502 site 29 has activity.
The FCC search shows those 7 frequencies licensed to MIC Talk.

MICTalk's website shows two coverage maps, one of which mentions Onevoice.

Clicking on the link, looks like OneVoice is part of MIC Talk.
