Site 57 or 62 may be Overlook Mtn in the Woodstock area. Yes, extremely close to Site 42 Saugerties aka Goat Hill, but the last info I had from a few years ago was that a Con+ site was planned for Overlook (and there is a T3 site up there as well).

Happy hunting.

I was able to confirm Site 38 is located at Lawrence Township, Mercer County.
454.375 Color Code 2
The other frequency at the same site per research in FCC and mapped.io data shows the following, but not yet confirmed
472.1125

Currently reporting neighbors as Site 36, 59, 66 and 70.

I know Site 70 is not correct because there is also a Site 70 at Putnam Valley NY.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
In addition, I believe Site 37 is located at the Park and Ride Lot in South Amboy
472.625 Color Code 2

Other frequencies at the same site, but not yet confirmed are
471.5875
471.6875
478.2875

Currently reporting neighbors as Site 4, 5, 6, 12 and 13.

The FCC licenses goes back to WQBG746 which is "Fam Tech, Inc". This one is unusual as the name doesn't resemble a radio shop
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Finally, Site 70 is confirmed to be at Putnam Valley on the top of a mountain

472.6875 Color Code 3
471.2625 Color Code 3

Currently reporting neighbors as Site 11, 14, 16, 21, 46

I have been running DSDPlus on the Lawrence Twp. Site 38 for the last couple of days. There is definitely a 3rd frequency missing. All the voice traffic has been on channels 2, 5 & 6. I confirmed that 472.1125 isn't it.

Drove from Kingston to Margaretville on route 28 looking for site 62 (and 57). Nothing was heard. On a second trip from Kingston to Ellenville on Route 209 site 62 was heard but not very strong. Site 57 was not found again. So it appears that site 62 is well south of initial estimates. The radio was a BC72XLT with rubber duck.

If anyone is on I-84 maybe site 62 can be received with a stronger signal.

I don't believe the identified frequencies were posted yet:

Site 62
Color Code 9
LCN 10 (LSN 19/20) 454.29375
LCN 14 (LSN 27/28) 454.21875

It's worth noting that the combination of those two LCN/frequencies/Color Code matches exactly what we have for Site 46 Depot Hill in Dutchess County.

@pro92b did we ever figure out what control channel Site 57 might be using?

The details of site 62 are in the image in post #100 which I should have referenced. I don't have any data to indicate site 57's control channel frequency. During my trips I did search 451-453.0125, 454-454.6625, 460.6625-464.9875, 470.30625-472.99375, and 476.30625-478.99375. The BC72xlt has a discriminator tap and I can run DSD+ in the car with a laptop to identify control channels.

Analysis of OneVoice site 171-46
Active frequencies are 452.4500, 452.9750, 454.0000 by direct monitoring
463.4625 listed in database for site 46 but not active; licensed only to Binghamton
452.2750 listed in database for site 46 but is monitored at site 24 (Dover - East Mtn) as the current control channel

454.0000 WQDG674 licensed at six tower sites
1 Depot Hill (only 9 Watts ERP) 41:34:21.7 -73:40:53.2
2 Illinois Mtn (98 Watts ERP)
3 Snake Hill
4 Silver Mtn
5 East Mtn
6 Wheeler Hill

452.9750 WQDG676 Licensed at the same six tower sites as WQDG674

452.4500
WQSI658 West Pawling (5 Watts ERP) 41:34:22 -73:40:59
WQCB893 Illinois Mtn (25 Watts ERP) 41:43:15.3 -73:59:13.5

The Depot Hill and West Pawling coordinates are quite close but
they do not match exactly. Using an online calculator the distance
between them is 438 feet. That is, if the precision and accuracy of
the FCC data is sufficient to resolve that small distance.

The data suggests that site 46 might be located on Illinois Mtn
rather than Depot Hill. The low ERP for Depot Hill would seem to
preclude my receiving the signal at some distance from the tower.
Beyond that, Illinois Mtn is a major tower location and there
are no other database entries for OneVoice sites on Illinois Mtn.
I don't have direct near field monitoring to back up the suggestion
that site 46 is on Illinois Mtn.

Site 46 is on Depot Hill in southeast Dutchess County. GTC has no Con+ equipment on Illinois/Walker Mtns in Ulster; that area is already covered by the Esopus site (22).

Surprising given the low ERP ratings on the FCC site. Do you know if the 452.45 transmitter is located exactly with the 454.000 and 452.975 transmitters despite the small coordinate differences in the FCC records?

All repeaters are in the same rack in the same shelter. There would be no logical or practical reason to split them up.

Also keep in mind that Depot Hill is a site at 1,260' elevation with the antennas at a height of 150' up the tower. That's not insignificant even if the ERP is "only" 9 watts.

Listening to Site 35 Stag Hill (NJ) and DSD+ is reporting a Negibor of site 88. Any ideas?
I searched FCC and I Believe it's located in Northwestern NJ or Pike PA.

I checked the sites located near Stag Hill that can receive (Warwick, Woodbury, Alpine, Valhalla & Pomona) and none of them are neighbors to site 88. I have limited reception that way, so can anyone in the area maybe shed some light on this more?

I am listening to Site 49 Shokan, Ulster County, NY, and one of the neighbors is Site 62, But the RRDB lists Site 62 as Corbin City, Atlantic County, NJ. Can't be right.
Based on previous posts, I know there were some talks of site 62, possibly Overlook Mountain in the Woodstock/Northern Ulster area. Is anyone able to lock onto a possible CC of site 62 in that area? So this find can further support that claim. Nothing on FCC for any of the 454. whateverfrequencies.

Also, Is there anyone in the Atlantic County, New Jersey area that can verify that site 62 Corbin City is offline? Thanks.

I tried locking onto 454.29375 and got a T3 Control Channel.

Also, Seems like the Location and negibors got swapped in the DB, if we are able to locate site 62 ill submit an update to the Database.

Here is an update for site 171-62. Both frequencies rotate as the control channel. This information is from direct monitoring of site 62.

171-62
DCC 9
ch 19-20 454.29375c WPVI453
ch 27-28 454.21875c WPVX205
Neighbors 10, 20, 44, 49, 57
Grahamsville, NY Sullivan County

I list the location as Grahamsville based on the map below along with a few other factors. The site 62 neighbors (blue markers) form a near circle around Grahamsville. There is a Repeater Network site at Grahamsville, WGJX358. A lot of the traffic on site 62 is New York City DEP and Grahamsville is next to two of their reservoirs. The signal strength at my house, 28 miles from Grahamsville, is consistent with the signal from the Sam's Point site. Driving down route 209 to Ellenville, I did receive 62 in the car with a portable scanner using a rubber duck. Site 62 is definitely not near Overlook/Woodstock.

The site map posted below shows the value of neighbors lists in trying to locate new sites. So far I have logged neighbors lists for sites 10 14 21 22 23 24 25 46 62 70 and 73 and found the database accurate. Updates for neighbors lists were submitted for sites 20 40 41 42 44 49 and 80. Updates for sites beyond my reception range would be welcome.

The map generation was crude and brute force. Each site has a map in the database. I took several of those images and pasted them together in Microsoft Paint. Site markers and other notes were added manually.

One correction to my previous post: WGJX358 is a typo and should be WQJX358.

Here is an update for site 57. The info has been submitted to the database. If anyone has neighbors lists for site 45, 59, or 60 that would be of interest.

Thanks for the detailed report. I'm curious to know how did you get the FCC license for the 454 MHz frequencies given that they are part of the Part 22 block.

Not all of them are licensed under Part 22. If you check the WRWT420 YG license that @pro92b noted for the site, you'll see that 454.000 is clearly listed along with the rest of the site frequencies.

Here is some speculation on the location of site 88. It is well beyond my reception range but someone in northern New Jersey might be able to fill in the blanks.
