Listening here., but probably to close(located in Ontario) near Detroit mi.
Just curious if these 46 and 47 mhz freqs. are being heard

Not sure how many are still on VHF Low as there are some that have moved to VHF High, P25 and probably more will over time.

In your area, they've most likely have moved over to VHF P25. Try 149.170, 149.185 and 152.000.

Others could possibly hear southeast and northern Ontario which still use lowband.
