I ran into the same issue using the 3.01 image. I updated to liquidsoap 2.1.4 and it fixed the issue

Did anyone find a solution that they can share here?

I'm on Pi bookworm x64 and have liquidsoap 2.1.3 and have the below error, even after adding input = audio_to_stereo(input) and overcoming the parsing error via this fix

I'm very tempted to buy another SBC and try with Ubuntu, but I can't help but feel like I'm so close to a fix.

Error 5: this value has type
  source(audio=pcm(mono),...)
but it should be a subtype of
  source(audio=pcm(stereo),...)

Edit to note that I'm actually on the boatbod fork
