Announced Thursday in Kenora, Ont., the upgrade to the current Bell Mobility Fleetnet system is meant to modernize the aging network — used primarily by the OPP, MTO road crews, provincial ambulance dispatch and Ministry of Natural Resources conservation officers and wildfire crews.
