Negative. The county has none of those legacy low band, VHF, or EDACS resources on the consoles anymore.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I am trying to update my conventional scanner with the frequencies still being used in Orange.

I guess the caveat might be that someone somewhere probably has those channels in old radios and so there could be some local simplex chit chat, but none of the county's VHF repeaters are active anymore. In fact many have been physically removed by this point. The radios issued out to county public safety were single-band APX 6x00 (PD and FD) or APX 4x00 (EMS), excluding any multi-band radios the agencies may've purchased on their own.

That's a long, drawn out way to say if it's no longer in the RRDB, it's no longer in use lol

That's a good thing about RRDB. Almost all municipalities have unused frequencies still licensed to them, but are not being used, especially since the digital trunking systems came into service in the last few years.
Thanks for your help!

Off the top of my head, the only EMS left using VHF primarily (other than County Paging which can also be heard on TG 3718) is New Windsor and KJ. Warwick tones out on it, but they use their DISTRICT channel to talk to 200-C. I don't even think any EMS agencies carry VHF radios other than those two, just pagers or mobiles in the rigs.

In addition, Woodbury Community Ambulance's dispatch and operations are on 160.1175 (D251) and the following agencies maintain VHF-high band channels for unit-to-unit traffic:
Port Jervis "Repeater" 153.3500 (D703)
Town of Newburgh EMS "Tac" (155.8800, 123.0)
Montgomery "Company" (159.7200, 110.9)
Monroe "EMS1" (155.7900, 192.8)
Goshen "Repeater" (153.0200, D423)

I knew I missed one (Woodbury). Cornwall's repeater is still up too, although they were absorbed by New Windsor.
