FWIW on wednesday 10/16/13 at about 8:30 pm I was sitting on my patio drinking a cup of joe (I live in an apt.) I noticed an orange light in the western sky.Continued to watch and saw a total of 13 orange lights going from west. to east south east in a stright line. They vanished about 60 degrees east from the point of origin. My neighbours came out about half way through and they saw them as well.Didn't call 911 until it was all over.Still have no idea what we saw.

No video tape? No confirmation of other video to back up your video of your claim? OOPSIE, swamp gas off a weather balloon lifted on the flatulence of a gassy deer. Flash off a test aircraft that we can't confirm. Belching of cosmic dust on solar wind that you got lucky enough to spot. Can't be the Second Coming as thats supposed to be in the Eastern sky.... OK you win it fits the UFO category, please pick up your collected catcalls and suggestions of being mentally unstable from the usual crowds of blathering gaggle. As for my true opinion, your lucky guy, you get to spot anomalies that some of us would give our right arm for a chance to view.... But you do get the *insert Gibbs smack here* for no iPhone imagery at the least... :)

What with the billions of galaxies and billions of stars within each, billions more planets, billions more moons that yes life is out there.
My only thought on any sightings anytime, anyplace is what purpose would blinking lights serve for ufos? Certainly almost all sightings can be determined to be terrestrial.
Why would they need em in space, is it that congested as the skyway in the Jetsons hehe.

Yes I too would like to have seen it too, did you have close call, signal stalker on? Hehe
Anything in the newspaper or tv, etc.?

The Air National Guard used to fly over my house in the Red Hill training area until Terre Haute In and Springfield Il Air Guards lost their F-16's. It was like a air show over my house but from what I read the only combat Aircraft stationed in Indiana are A-10's in S. Bend. I used to see the aircraft pop aerial flares while doing simulated air to air combat.

Most of the flares are deployed to obstruct infrared heat speaking missles. The A-10's will deploy illumination flares to help ID and attack ground targets but may also deploy the heat seeking missle counter measure flares. Just curios if you heard any jet noise when you saw the lights in the sky.

That's awesome brother, to bad you couldn't get a picture. I have had my own experiences, with a white glowing ball of light a few times. I have seen 2 orange balls of light moving together, as if one object, witch more than likely was 1 object. It was kinda like an if an airplane had to orange lights underneath the main part, not like wing and wing but under the real part and it was when a thunderstorm was coming in. It would stop and go repeatedly. The white light the last time, I was thinking when I noticed it " what the hell was that" then as soon as I thought that it stopped, I stared for a few moments ran inside the back door to tell my family and ran straight out the front door and gone.

Its not gonna be to long and we will all Know that Truth. Like one guy said trillions upon trillions of star and then trillions upon trillions of galaxies, come on now and that just our Universe. Then if you believe in the Multiverse Theory then it is just not possible for there to be life:) I cant wait myself:)
