Dose any have good list of ham radio freq from Eugene to Portland. Any repeater that you heard traffic on nets ect.

some nets to get you started:

the National Traffic and Training Net meets daily at 18:05 local time
on the WORC system in the Portland area:

Western Oregon VHF Emergency Net (WOVEN)
The WOVEN Net operates daily at 19:30 local on the 146.78 W7QH repeater
(Mary's Peak) , with an alternate of the 146.82 repeater.
This net is intended as a traffic and training net.
(Mid Valley - Salem to Eugene)
