Oregon WI encrypted?

Hello, I have a Bearcat 365crs and programmed a few frequencies for Oregon WI, 151.415 and 155.100. I can't seem to pick anything up. How can I tell if these are encrypted or of I am doing something wrong?

Im guessing like most if not all of Dane Countys first responders, they are using DaneCom as thier primary radio system. That is a P25 digital system which your radio will not decode. You need a P25 radio and do your research to ensure it will work with whatever systems you want to monitor. Madison Public safety uses a different system but it is also digital.

Oregon PD uses DANECOM. They are dispatched on DA LAW 1 and have their own local talk group as well.
