Does anybody know the band plan for this system? I’ll be visiting soon and want to program my radio before hand.

Shouldn't need one. Normally you just plug in the Douglas County Simulcast control channels (or the simulcast site that you want, realizing that you'll want to stick with Douglas, Pott, Washington, and Sarpy County as many others are OPPD only sites) and your scanner will get the bandplan from the control channel.

Was in the Omaha area last week and noticed OPPD talkgroups now showing up on the simulcast sites. Curious how much seperation between the infrastructure there is now.

Each Orion member has their own RF infrastructure. The entire system is connected to a fully geo-redundant DSR CORE pair with one CORE in Douglas County and one in Sarpy County.

System administrators can provision the system such that any talkgroup can be valid on whatever RF is necessary to meet user needs. That's the magic of shared regional networks.
