I LIVE IN STARK COUNTY AND OWN A PRO 96. IN ORDER TO HEAR STARK OSP, DOES ANYBODYK NOW IF I NEED TO PROGRAM THE RADIO FOR THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES AS WELL AS STARK COUNTY IN ORDER TO HEAR ALL TRANSMITIONS?

First off please turn your CAPS LOCK OFF as that is considered to be shouting and somewhat rude.

You will only hear traffic from whatever sites you can receive the control data from. So a rule of thumb would be to program all sites that your scanner is recieving. I program all sites my scanner will receive including those outside my county. Whether you will hear the Post 76 units or not depend on if
you can receive those sites that their radios are affiliating with.

WELL, LIKE I TRIED SAYING BEFORE, I AM ON MY WORK COMPUTER AND I CANNOT TURN OFF THE CAPS. IF IT OFFENDS YOU, THEN DON'T READ IT. SECON RADIOSCAN, THAT IS WHAT I AM CURRENTLY DOING BECAUSE WHEN I LOOKED DEEPER INTO THE REFERENCE IT GAVE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR THE CALL SIGN. THANK YOU

THAT WOULD BE THE HOOVER COMPANY, AND THAT WOULD EXPLAIN IT, RIGHT? THANKS FOR THE HELP. BY THE WAY, IS THERE ANY WORD ON STARK COUNTY FIRE NET GIONG DIGITAL? I HAVE A FRIEND ON BETHEHAM FD, HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING OFFICIAL YET.
