When you zeroize it, it removes all keys, even the UKEK, which is needed for OTAR. Just make sure that you create a new Provisional from the KMF after you add the radio to the cryptonet in the UAS, otherwise it will not load the correct UKEK for that particular radio. You can view the Provisional using Notepad to verify that the RID is present in your Provisional file. Serial numbers in the Provisional are in decimal, so you'll have to convert them to look for the serial, so A40301234567 would be converted to 180332810945895. When searching for the RID, use the format using quotes, like: "9980001" and it will show up as an "RSI." This method will show the KEK for each RSI or radio ID/ESN. This is not the actual TEK or traffic key and is only used to verify through the KMF that it is a legit user on the system and to OTAR the actual TEK keys when requested.
