Other digital recorders as in R20?

I'm not familiar with all the scanners currently on the market. Could anyone tell me if there are scanners other than the IC-R20 that have digital recording capability; are portable and cover a wide spectrum like the R-20? Comments would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Alinco's DJ-X2000T can record 160 seconds.

AOR's AR8200 Mark IIIB, with the optional RU8200 module can record 20 seconds. Apparently this was not too useful, as AOR has discontinued the RU8200 module.

Only a guess, but possibly because it was only 20 seconds of recording time. It's also possible that it's only discontinued at Universal Radio. I didn't confirm if AOR themselves has discontinued it. Maybe others here on RR will know.
