TG 1072 falls just after the identified Mobile PD talkgroups. 1071 is, I believe, TAC 4 (encrypted).

Talkgroup.1233 is Theodore Fire (Submitted to the DB).
Just logged a previously-unheard TG of 198 dispatching a unit to a service station for a TA, someone with an arm injury. Replayed this several times and cannot hear a location. Never seen a 3-digit TG on this system.
I caught intertalk on TG 198 between the city fire dispatch and a private ambulance dispatcher. Similar to what I hear on TG 2065 between the city fire dispatch and Newmans.
TG 4138 is Spring Hill College Police Department.
As a point of interest, I've been experimenting with sdrtrunk and 2 RTL-SDR.COM V3 dongles. I discovered that this Harris system has some of its radios aliased as meaningful names. That's what pinpointed this TG!
