Which EMS district uses this channel?

Is it Prescott-Russell? Sounds like it. I'm getting this off of the Kinburn tower fairly regularly today which is odd enough.

Last time I was in that part of Eastern Ontario did I ever see the database listed Prescott-Russell talkgroup actually active. Most activity was on the Ottawa CACC talkgroup which appears to be still true today.

Do the channels need to be renamed or is this actually correct?

I see a whack of that 35616 on my Unitrunker V2 setup off of the Cornwall tower. No 35392 that I can see. I am not a premium member, so I can't import TG's from here. There is no import feature to manually do it from the linked page.

What are the areas being served on the Ottawa CACC talkgroup that you can hear being mentioned?

On a consistent basis? I wonder why they'd use that talkgroup rather than the ones listed for those areas.
I have only paid attention since seeing your post. Since then, yes constant.

Just an **uneducated** guess. We have had lots of static for a while in our area with EMS, perhaps the problem was with equipment so they switched to this talk group?

Well it seems I have found the answer.

4 - Regional dispatcher

The Regional dispatcher monitors - you guessed it - the regional channel.

They are responsible for dispatching all units in Prescott-Russell and Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Counties.

So it seems that the CACC channel which is the Regional channel is in fact used for Prescott-Russell and SD & G Counties. Now the question is what is the SDG and P-R talkgroups used for then? What channel is Cornwall dispatched on?

I think I understand your question better now. :)

Yes, Ottawa has always dispatched P/R and SDG for the years I have been listening. I thought you meant the CACC channel itself within MOH Ottawa CACC.
I never hear City of Ottawa being dispatched on the CACC channel when I hold on it, just P/R and SDG. I also hear things like switch to SD&G. I'll try and pay more attention to when and why.

SDG seems to be used for patches to hospitals

When they're told to switch to a particular channel to do a patch to the hospital, what's the name of the channel they're told to go to?
Or, are they told to go to the "SDG Channel"?

In most other areas they're usually told to switch to TAC whatever and then they do the patch from there. Usually either the TAC channel or the Hospital Channel will show up on the screen. For these other areas it seems like a different protocol or at least a different channel altogether.

From what I have heard, told to go to SDG for patch to hospital from dispatch, (never a TAC like Ottawa, city of, or Kingston) sometimes they are told by dispatch to switch to SDG for patch to hospital.
But I have also heard what I believe to be the the ambulance themselves saying going to SDG for patch on their own without prompt from dispatch.
All I have seen was "SDG", I have not noticed the hospital name on display during a patch but mentioned by EMS or hospital.

Lately (since your initial question) I have been trying to pay more attention to calls in my area, what channel they are on and it does seem to be a different method than when listening to Ottawa, for Ottawa city of, or Kingston dispatch.
Often calls in my area, South Dundas, are call shared by Kingston and Ottawa. As with many other communities along, near the border of the two.

I don't hear, or notice? (scanner is on in the background, not always focused on every conversation just pick up on key words) as much from the PR group. What I did hear just after the storm when things were nuts last week was PR being told they would be using PCOM. Why, or for what or for how long I am not sure of, I was more concerned for more local to me at the time.
