Ottawa County - Miami Tower Unidentified TG

On the 25th of November on my way to work I picked up a few transmissions from TG 1751. I could not identify who it was but an officer was dispatched to check on some cows that were out on the road. He told dispatch he was able to unlock a gate and put them back in. Dispatch Radio ID was 50627 and the officer's Radio ID was 53769. People have said to multiply the new P25 TG by 16 and it should be the old Motorola TG and that would be Craig County Sheriff's Department. Can anyone verify who is TG 1751 on the OKWIN P25 system. That would indeed be the Craig County Sheriff's Department talkgroup.
I have Radio ID 50627 identified as Craig County Sheriff's Dispatch radio from the analog system.
