P25 decoding

so i have tennessee highway patrol programmed into my trx1. it does receive it very well. but it takes a minute to decode it.
it is a P25 phase 2 system. idk how to fix this. it shows VC and CC channels that flash for a minute then it starts decoding and receiving the signal. how do i fix that?

Did you progam by hand or did you import from the database?
Trust me at this stage in your monitoring knowledge you need to import only.
You need to find out why the software is not working and get that working.

i did both. idk what happened. it only started doing that when they went from phase 1 to phase 2. i always import everything 95% of the time.

Is the Firmware updated to current version?
I made no changes when TACN went from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

well like i said earlier, the EZ scan software doesn’t like to work on my scanner. it’s all the same as is was when it was phase 1 tho.
