Is -100's RSSI and one to three signal bars a normal reading?

Well...how does it sound? If it sounds good, then all is fine. Don't worry about all the fancy graphs, just listen, if it works then nothing to worry about.

Didn't you send it in yet?

Not yet, I'm not able to. That's why I've been trying everything possible to rectify. Yes it has been working unusually. I took the radio with me yesterday and it worked perfectly as if it was fresh out the box by the hospital but as I continued my journey and back home thats when it went funky. That's why I'm convinced at this point its a weak system but my environment is the leading cause/ Now that I know it works perfect at the hospital.
