Also, a search of the FCC database under Pacificorp yeilds a long list of frequencies. I do know they use a MPT-1327 trunking system. Audio is analog but there is no scanner available that will follow the control channel. An SDR and the app SDR-trunk will.

I didn't realize they had ANY Pacific Corp service area in Portland. Figured it was all PGE.
The FB2 repeaters looked promising, but all those licences have been cancelled in 2012 & 2013.

The nearest I found was 153.695 in Salem WQPA624 trunked.
