Pafford EMS Freq. Questions

I was browsing the fcc database and came a across pafford (med-tech) ems. As far as I was aware they operated on 160.170 but the database shows them to have several vhf and uhf freq's.

160.17000
464.60000
469.60000

anyone know anything about the extras? maybe old ones or repeaters?

They used to use 160.035 but now have it as a backup. As for the others they are all input freqs. I used to have them in a scan set up for just EMS and never heard a thing. Pafford uses 160.17 PL 131.8 base/mobile and that's it.
