it seems like there still having some problems. im hearing some distorted audio and some dispatchers are missing units traffic and alot of repeat requests.

Strange you say that ive noticed on lexington signal be real high then drop really low on some. doesn't seem to be as consistent

yeah richland seems fine but Lexington is really distorted

Idk bout distorted depends on what you're using to receive it with a lot of these scanners don't do simulcast that well that's why I got a unication pager and have a Motorola but I have heard several people EMS or fire or the municipal PD come in weak more than usual maybe the system is out of sync

Dispatch sounds fine it's either the Portables or the mobiles that are having issues you should call Palmetto 800 and tell them LOL

Who knows might be just the Lexington site I despise of simulcast systems . Sounds to me it's out of sync a little bit that happened some years ago before they switch to digital and it sounded awful .

i haven't been monitoring the Motorola service talkgroups but i bet they running around trying to fix the system

ive been talking with some officer friends from different agencies and they said its way better than it was. they also keep telling me their getting new radios sometime this year bet their gonna be apx radios.
