I would pay $20 for one to try it out. It looks like it would handle 800 MHz better toward the horizon versus a discone.

I didnt have any clue what is too much for it and... if it was worth it lol. I was currious what others thought of it ?

hello , I sold antenna , had unit mounted in attic , or in bedroom on shelf, never outside , > worked strong on vhf / uhf , 700/800 mhz , nothing in my area to test reception sensitivity . only reason I departed with antenna , all my area is on uhf , analog / digital , no need for multiband antenna . got yagi uhf 403- 450 mhz to point @ 1 repeater tower. hope this helps.
