Noticed no tone outs or call details on the ambulance feed for toronto area , its mostly just patient transfers and what hospital they are going to

For the size of Toronto the paramedics don't seem to busy on the online feed , we don't hear the tone outs to calls either , or are they paged to calls some other way , here in NS they get a three beeper tone out before the nature of the call
The system hasn't changed since you last said this 6 years ago.
95% of Toronto Paramedics calls are dispatched over MobiCAD or private calls. More often than not there are "echo broadcasts" for high priority calls.
