Okay, I am considered above average when it comes to electronics and I am always the guy people go to. I also am huge on finding stuff on the web on how to fix a problem because I want that sense of accomplishment and not being the one to ask for something instead of searching for it myself.
However, I am stuck! I am trying to program my BCD396XT. I get the sites, groups, etc. But when I go to enter a frequency for Pasco it asks for an LCN number. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere or something? I can't find it referenced here anywhere.
