password not recognized on software Help

I get an error of invalid password with radiodirect when trying to log into software from starrsoft and psredit

Hi & welcome to the RR forums:
What is radiodirect? Is this an auto-correct for Radioreference? Are you sure you're entering the correct credentials? Are you running the most recent versions of the software apps you mentioned? If you have firewall software make sure you allow access for both apps

yes auto correct problem. I checked updates and all is well just cant log in
