I just noticed that Pats Peak license under WQPF879 will be expiring on 05/07/2022 . I haven't seen the license being cancelled. What would show up if the license has been renewed? Theyve been using some of the frequencies fopr quite some time and have added 2 more to the repeater making 3 on the repeater with the last upgrade.

The "auth type" of the license will change from "regular" to "expired".

Woukd that happen after it expires or before if they let it expire?

Sometime after the license expires. They can't begin the renewal process until 2/7/2022 when it's 90 Days away from expiration. Not sure why they'd cancel it since the frequencies are active.

It hasn’t expired yet so maybe it’s too far from its expiration of 5/7/2022

I just checked the status of their WQPF879 radio license and it’s been renewed until 2032. I guess they’re staying with the same radio frequencies they’ve been using.

Thanks for the update. Was thinking about this recently, it seems unlikely that they would jump ship to another frequency plan.
